ReplyDeleteHi..this company is scam!!I purposely go for the interview invitation even already do a research about this.Their dress code and office appears was superb however the interviewer is not professional,not respond properly when we ask the something.They will tried their level best to convince,to avoid unnecessary question to achieve their mission.Dont believe anything,just smile and walk away.Later,when they ask for interview training via wassup,just send all the prove about this scam.They will start to angry and start to argue using a bad words.Hahaha..let it be!they deserve it!

I said I can't and maybe on Monday I can, So she promised me to gave the office address but it's takes time until I got it by today night. That indian girl later on just send the info by wassap only not using the email. And when I read there is no company name, only stated time, date and venue for interview, then im asking about company name unfortunately there is no answer but what im regret is that indian girl has read my message becoz it's "blue tick" on the wassap, . Today that company call to confirm whether im coming or not. Sorry when she called me twice, I didn't pick up the phone . I just wanna him feel what im feel b4 this when she read my message but didn't reply.😒 after few second she wassap me the company's name which is HYM alliance. Then I google, here I found about this company was a scammer. That y last friday I feel there is something wrong with this company. Thank god I didn't go for interview and save cost for transportation and so on. Thank alot for people who share about this company

ReplyDeleteI attend the interview this morning. when I reach the reception, I feel embarrassed because the company's name that should interview me is not in the building. but then I call the lady who invite me for the interview, and then she pick me up and we went together upstairs to level 16. when I am waiting while fill the form, I google their company's name immediately and found this forum. omg, I feel I have been trapped. when a lady which they say a manager interview me, I don't even fell it is professional, hence I answered everything casual like talking to a friend. LoL. I need a job but I am not that desperate that I will buy their bullshit. I am a foreigner, and how come they do not even talk about employment visa and all. i wasted my time by coming. not long after the interview the lady sent me invitation for training. omg, that is too easy.
ReplyDeleteI went for iv yesterday 28jan at equitorial plaza. Rania is the executive that call me for the iv. The interview was unprofessional but I managed to ask about basic salary and they asked me how much I demand. I mentioned rmxxxx and the interviewer said I can get more. So she asked me to come for 5days training and at end will discuss on contract agreement with basic salary ti be negotiated. I will attend the training and see how far is it true as written in this blog that they dont pay salary but commision and force you to get yr family to.invest.

Just attend the training and find out yrself. If during training they corner you or yr family to invest, then stop attending the training. if they want you to get customers to invest then they want you to be their agent not staff. Meaning you will not pay a monthly salary but commission if you get customer to invest in hym co. simple as that.

ReplyDeleteA post offeirng 7k salary for asst mgr through fb, lori nightfall studio, went to the iv saw lots of young candidates n the reception sayin today they open iv. Before gotten to the place took me 3 days to ask the lady miss Nora where exactly the floor at eq plaza but she refused to answer until i came to the lobby then she asked to go to lvl 16 hym alliance. Prior that in watsap textes she explains it about online advertising biz nature but during the interview with one very young man the biz nature entirely different and it say investment. Asked for further details on job scope, he said cant reveal until i attend the 5 training days. Then after thru with iv, one mature looking lady escort me to the lift and asked if i was clear bout d iv, then i asked her if the salary is fixed, she refused to answer the question but only saying she been working there for so long and the job has no stress at all.
So from the moment i could find the company name in google prior to the iv, i already knew sumthing fishy bout the job postings esp promising lucrative salary. Fraud.
I applied for the job too. Asked about the studio, their customer service in Facebook replied that Iori Nightfall Studio is just a recruitment agency which main business is online art and craft industry. So it is not the hiring company, the studio only does advertising on behalf of HYM since that HYM advertisements are outsourced. I couldn't attend the interview though, I live too far from HYM.
Deletebtw I did try to commute there to work. But after almost a month and my savings running low without any payment coming in, I just had to quit. I have children to raise so it's not worth it to be honest.

DeleteI attended their interview at first and on my way back I did a background search on this company. I was shocked to see so many blogs and comment posting negative review about this company but among the comment there was a neutral one saying that nothing wrong with the company just they way they do the recruitment. So I also watsapp the hym staff and asked him directly about the post and blogs on google. Why should I be naive and scared of scam? I directly asked the staff what would he say about the google blogs and comments. The staff asked me to attend the training and see for myself. I got no intention of going to the training either after reading these blogs but just wanna experience how would a scammer scam a person. Attended the training in a mindset to tengok tengok aje. Then there was many staff in the office and people who attended the training session. So ,I was wondering cant be that 50+ staff are scammers though. During the interview session , gained so much knowledge about investment and legal investment during those 5 days training. WORTH YOUR TIME AND ENERGY FOR THE KNOWLEDGE. But I didnt join the job over there as I got my job posting on a oil rig. Yeah I'm a petroleum engineer, trust my words , the training session may worth your time and the knowledge from there has expand my wallet size 😅
ReplyDeleteLeave aside the negative image I heard b4 joining their seminar, the job description was about requiting for customer service then during the interview keep distract the conversation to some where that is not related to the job. During seminar, teaching us use mt4 which is a well known software for forex trading(if the broker is legit it is damn safe to use, but if is market maker then glhf) end up introducing us job like introducer broker. Call back to the interviewer to confirm is the job known as IB then the guy started feel guilty. Kind advice if you don't want involve in a market maker then run more bg research on the broker. And if u have traded before u should know 10pips while trading 0.01 lot u profit 1USD, and surprisingly their calculation is multiply by 8 which mean 1.00 lot u profit 10 pips we proper trader profit 100USD and they will be 800 USD. Also usually the spread commission for IB is around 4-12 USD some maybe below 20USD but their commission is 40USD per 1.00 when their client trading, and Requirement for IB usually need a real account under the broker then u only can start having downline. So goodluck.

DeleteSaya dpt iv kali kedua. Saya ingat kan kerja market researcher ni lain lah company lain gak. Rupanya company sama. Utk pengetahuan korang. Hym ni baru je ditubuhkan tahun lepas. Dulu awal tahun 2000 nama lain bangunan kat jln ampang. Apa2 pun skrg cara iv salah. Kata lah berminat tak jadi broker utk digital gold. Kerja kita kena bagi nasihat. Base upon basic salary dan commission. Salary kita dpt byk tu jelah. Commission usd 1k satu kepala. Kalau x dpt kita nak makan pa. Pasir? Dahla tpt parking mahal. Pengakutan awam x da. So malas nak layan. Lebih baik saya sign up dimaybank main forex or gold. Biar remiser saya buat kerja. Selamat pun selamat.

business dia legal cuma as korang cakap la this is forex business. the way recruiter find out the candidates and the way interviewer conduct the interview session is not professional.

Aku bazir dlm RM 80 drive 2 hari dan bayar parking. 1st day training i dah tahu ini company scam nak cari untuk jadi agent mereka. (kepada staff hym Alliance kalau u baca please ye explain to job seekers earlier tentang job scope sebenar kalau tak nanti kena maki habis, today I hilang RM 80 esok kalau kena karma u faham la sendiri ye).

ReplyDeletenasib tergerak hati nak research dulu before pergi training , lagipun memang rasa macam something wrong sebab dia nak tengok resume je sedangkan aku bawak sijil sijil lain , lepastu masa interview tu , orang yang attend aku untuk datang interview berdiri belakang aku dah macam bodyguard while hr tengah iv , yang lagi pelik bila aku tanya ( training ni dah kira gaji jalan ke ) hr tu pun pandang orang yg berdiri belakang aku then cakap ya . situ pun dah nampak macam pelik , selamat lah dah baca ni memang tak aku nak gi training this thursday !! dahla pkp ingat senang ke nak cari kerja haih , sedih betul hm
